Arenaph reserves the right to suspend withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification.
You may request closure of your Arenaph account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance will be returned to your verified payment method after deduction of any applicable fees or outstanding obligations. Arenaph may also close accounts at its sole discretion where a breach of these Terms is identified.
Arenaph accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Filipino players: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. All payment methods used must be registered in your own name. Third-party payments are strictly prohibited.
All deposits are made in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of transaction. All bonuses are subject to an expiry period as stated in the relevant promotion terms. Bonus funds and free spins that are not used within the stated validity period will be automatically removed from your account balance without compensation.

In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail.
